I've searched this fare in OTAs all over the world and I simply can't find it. The only place it shows to me is the Aircanada link but after filling the payment information, it says the transaction cannot be completed. This could be a cached fare on ITA? It's there since Friday..



It doesn't seem to have fare restriction either
