Swiss (and Lufthansa) often not recognising status?
Currently MileagePlus Platinum (=Gold for StarAlliance) but while flying Swiss status is during online check-in never recognised, and with Lufthansa seldom.

Still granted lounge access after showing status in app, while often no priority boarding or preferred seat selection.

Call center of both carriers proven to be far from helpful. Anyone else experiencing this or advise?
