I recently flew on UA on a B class (premium economy) fare. Air New Zealand are insisting that this does not qualify for 'full economy' (Air NZ) FF points. This seems a bit rich to me considering that
- B class on Air New Zealand is full economy
- B class on UA airpoints is full economy
- Air New Zealand don't say that UA B is not full economy in their policy conditions (or at least I couldn't see anything about this when I booked).

Any suggestions on how I can get them to change their mind? Is there any body I can complain to?
