We don't want to be direct in LA - just visit the city for one day.
Our focus is a nice hotel, with a nice pool, and nice surrounding (perhaps a nice mall or an factory outlet) and have a nice walk , where we can spend some good days.

It seems that the Long Beach Property is much newer with better rooms
but the Newport Beach Property is in a better location.
