Not on the list (not ritzy, farang-oriented enough ?), but I've been to Yok Yor opposite River City Mall on a number of occasions. Very pleasant straight-forward Thai restaurant in a great location right on the river, and not expensive.

A little further up the river is the same-named restaurant and river cruise marina (basic, decent dinner cruise for not much $). So don't get confused.
