Hilton Grand Islander HI safe to book a stay starting a week after stated opening?
I have noticed that the Hilton Grand Islander (HGVC @ Hilton Hawaiian Vilalge) is advertising opening special rates. Exact text is: GRAND OPENING SPCL GRAND OPENING SPECIAL BASED ON AVAILABILITY

Reservations open for March 1, 2017, and if I booked this rate for March 8, 2017, what is the probability we will have a problem? Should we make a backup reservation at another tower for a cancellable rate?
