If they still offer a free breakfast I'll stick with them, if there's any kind of exec lounge offered it will be a bonus!
I'd recommend calling them as soon as they switch over. Probably get a more sympathetic reception to providing the benefits, and they can be noted to your reservation for when you actually show up. If they agree to providing these benefits, politely ask them to confirm via e-mail so you have some evidence of the agreement.
