The old machines produced awful coffee. The new one (I experienced it this week at LAX) was beyond worse. To call it coffee would be a deep insult to every Juan Valdez anywhere.
I renewed my membership going in the door. Now I really wonder why. What am I getting for my boatload of money for this thing any more?
I agree with lots of others in this thread: for what they're charging, at least have a fresh pot of decent coffee.
Oh yeah, I just remembered why I renewed: so I can steal the little half and half containers for that 1% milk they insist on delivering with the coffee back in Y.
