Edit: Just noticed they are still accepting reservations on the Hilton site for dates past November 22 including points + cash bookings. Is this typical or just the Hilton booking engine has not been updated?
It does seem a little weird. The alert on the hotel home page does indeed state the switchover on Nov 22nd:
"Please note that as of 22nd November 2016, DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin - Burlington Road will cease to operate as a Hilton hotel, but will continue trading as a hotel. As a result, stays booked past this date will not accrue HHonors points. Please contact the hotel direct in case of any questions."
Once I ran into this issue in Paris when the Hilton near the Arc de Triumph de-flagged before our scheduled stay. After a call to the hotel, they accommodated us to continue to get the HHD benefits, such as upgraded room(s), lounge access and breakfast without an issue.
