I noticed KUL recently started doing US-style mini-interviews on some outbound long-hauls (e.g. on KUL-AMS in April). Obviously, the personnel needs some training, as my interviewer insisted on seeing my country's ID card (I have no idea what he was talking about), in addition to my passport.

Among other inconsistencies, MH provides metal knives on AMS-KUL, but plastic on all flights ex-KUL.
