How difficult is to understand that I want my other seat back. I figured out what went wrong. I bought the seat for a reduced rate when they had a promotion and then they changed the aircraft and someone else bought it for a higher price and so obviously they're going to give preference to them.

I don't want to push for a refund and then pay the higher price. It defeats the purpose of reaping the benefits of a promo.
