8th Avenue (west) side, at the corner of either 33rd or 31st Streets.

There are no specific tracks set aside for Acela trains but those are the most direct entryways to the Amtrak waiting room. You stand by there until the track for your train is announced on the big display board, typically 8 to 10 minutes before departure time.
