Indeed, on the LHR-YVR flight, I cut myself (not deeply) with the heavy plastic knife when trying to slice open the bun!! Perhaps AC catering ran out of metal forks and spoons for that flight......
off topic but on YUL-LHR we didn't get those noise cancelling headphones in J. . . . .
Service on both flights was outstanding
