Just call Jet with the flight number and date. For a trip last April, I got the 9W pnr from DL but still had to call. The call was answered promptly, and the agent also took my passport information, and asked about any food allergies or special meals. Very quick, very friendly.
BTW if you are flying business, the A330-300 configuration on the K (right) side has single seats alternating next to the window with a spacer between seat and aisle or next to aisle with a spacer next to window. I suggest sitting closer to the window to avoid aisle traffic. You can see what I mean on seatguru.com.
