I was at St Martin a couple weeks ago, updated wiki. Wiki had Telcell for Sint Maarten (NL), which appears to no longer be the case, as I could see it, but not connect to it. CHIPPIE (UTS) has very reliable LTE though. When I went over to the French side, I was on Digicel, which only had 3G/4G.
In Europe, my phone with my T-Mobile sim was still treated as a second class device as far as speeds and connectivity went. However, in St Martin, once I purchased the data pass, Chippie was faster than any wifi on the island. Digicel was slower, but usable.

UK/London:
T-mobile (LTE, 8mbit/s, no VoLTE, drops to 3G during call)
O2 (H+/3G, fast enough 1mbit/s)
EE (GPRS, maybe more... but signal bounced back to T-mobile)
3 UK (H+/3G)
Vodafone UK (couldn't connect)
wiki says:
UK: EE, O2, Three, Vodafone
will update wiki after my trip
T-Mobile in the UK was bought by EE years ago. EE shows up as either EE or T-Mobile depending on which tower and/or band you are connected to.
