Avoid the vermicelli in the Qantas, it's awful
I must say my last two meals at the QF F lounge have been excellent actually. Not as good as the SYD/MEL lounges but way better than both CCRs (JFK and LHR) and even more so than the flagship (which is still a buffet, something I really dislike). I had the tuna tartare, several of the salads, the striped seabass, the minute steak (even chips were quite good) and a couple of desserts as well as two of the cocktails and to be honest everything (except the coffee) was very good.

I haven't tried vermicelli!
