I read the OP's progress to next tier as meaning that he had dropped from Gold to Silver and it was telling him what he needed to do to regain Gold ... not that he was a Silver and had insufficient TP's to remain as Silver and was dropping to Bronze.

Looks like I was talking rubbish then!
