It looks like a simple problem which could have been easily solved by asking the crew...
Because I could see them using it and even heard the flush when I walked by.
Yes, I did ask an old male crew and he just told me to use the other available lavatories, twice lol Either he had really poor understanding in English or just tried to avoid answering my question.
