frb98mf, I just tried a dummy booking LHR-MAD-LHR with the first sector on BA518. It clearly states that for the Plus Fare (not Plus Flex) to change the ticket on either sector costs GBP 60 change fee plus any difference in fare. For the Plus Flex fare the change fee is waived and there may be a fare difference to pay. Its very clear so I can't see how BA could be accused of 'sharp practice'. Doc Copper
