Does this mean that the annual fee is included in the interest rate or am I liable to pay the £50 annual fee?

Any advice would be truly appreciated.
Thankyou.
That means if you do not pay the £50 annual fee in full when billed, it will accrue interest at a 17.9% rate just as will other charges not paid in full during the billing cycle.
