Guess it would be a case of using 10B for the adult with bassinet, 10A for toddler and 11B so toddler is "penned in"!
That's what we did with our two when we went to Calgary earlier this year (except 10E/F and 11E)... luckily 11F was unoccupied on both flights so we were able to spread the infant out on the spare seat!
