.......gym was good, plenty of machines and decent free weights area, I chose a 45 min run and had no problems.
Changing rooms a little dirty to be honest, nothing really bad but could have done with a sweep, pool was nice, unusual shape but fairly big.....sauna good and plenty hot enough, quite large too, didn't use steam room, I quite like the ice shower by the pool, very refreshing !!!..........there are some loungers around the pool ,I must have layed there for 45 mins or so.....showers in changing rooms hot and powerful.
Now back at room and as if by magic two bottles of water have appeared and two chocolates.
Dunno what to do about dinner, plenty of choices, I'm gonna go have a pint in the bar and have a look at Google maps to decide....nandos is looking favourite.
