The option for breakfast is full breakfast buffet not the usual continental breakfast serves at the regency club lounge. You will have wide selection at the buffet. A Market value of $100 promo card will be given to you at time of check in for your use to buy at the Market for drinks, snacks of your choosing.

This seems very reasonable. Hotel prices in general are of course inflated, but $100 is great compensation. The hotel is renovating it's lounge, which is already pretty nice, so that's a good thing.
