ARN copes well with snow (and de-icing). The problem is the massive lack of infrastructure in Stockholm and the fact that for the majority of people living there snow continues to be a surprise every year. Even if it is announced well in advance.

If you are just transferring at the airport, you shouldn't really notice much.
