As others have said - DM/PM free, companion not.

But take a look at the seat map configs. Not EC, but preferred seats, the Aisles and Windows carry a fee, but middle seats don't, so I was able to choose an aisle/middle near the front of the plane for myself and companion - no charges.

By no means ideal or exciting, but it works out properly.
