Introduction I chose this hotel as it is for me the best Starwood property in town: I needed a place to stay in between two flights. So booked it on SPG website for around PLN 450+tax. Check In Check-in was done very smoothly. My arrival was clearly expected and all paperwork prepared.I was informed that I was upgraded to a Junior Suite from the lowest room category booked. I did not use an SNA.As I already knew the hotel, it was done very promptly to make me accomodate as soon as possible. Room The room was large enough for me, furniture was good quality and in great shape. The only downside was that it was facing the internal patio of the hotel leading to a lack of natural light. But nothing major as the day was fading pretty early. Service Service is great in that hotel : always done with smile and professionalism. The concierge likes to make things done well, especially giving great recommendations in terms of restaurants. Dining The restaurant is great. Despite being the restaurant week in Warsaw, they managed to find a small spot for hotel guests like me to have dinner. Service level is very high but friendly.Food is simply amazing, and wine cheaply priced. Location One of the best hotel locations in town for tourism purposes, right in the old city of Warsaw. Overall Again, a great stay in the property, that likes to pamper SPG Platinum members!
