Yeah I believe so, TA reports have improved a lot.....manager is a chap called David rowley which I'm fairly sure was somebody else a few years back.

If you want any sleep, get a room on the 6th floor so you're not woken up by the creaking floorboards of the room above!
The building is old old old. It needs a lot of sound insulation work, furniture is tired, fittings are old. It needs an overhaul. Amazed it's allowed to keep Hilton branding to be honest.
