But would a transit visa be multiple- or double-entry? I think there's a reasonable chance you'd just get a single-entry visa.
It's been a VERY long time since we've discussed G visas here...pre China forum, in fact. They presented a decent value proposition for some (e.g. unlimited G could be more useful than single entry F).
