you can change it 3 times a cal year. So if you designate a significant other then a friend then go back to significant other thats one way.
I've heard differing opinions on this. So I have the CP through 12/31/17 but will not requalify next year so I only get 3 changes through the end of next year? Or do I get 3 changes in 2016 and 3 changes in 2017?
