Now what though? There are essentially no benefits to MVP that I can see, aside from the possibility of 'luxury almonds' in a middle seat, free alcohol for your seat mates (I dont drink), and priority boarding (which is only barely enforced half the time anyways.)

I am with you on this. Not at all happy with what has happened to MVP's.

We travel on our own dime & make sure to keep MVP each year. Not seeing much from AS for our Loyality going forward. It has been a great run, too bad .
DL has always had better fares but we stayed loyal to AS. now rethinking travel for next year.
