Same issue

Had 916,000 points expire with no idea why until I went on there website and saw that deal regarding 02/2016. Talked with Deborah, a supervisor, and she said there was nothing she could do about it, pretty heartbroken and really mad! We were saving up for a big trip.Any advice would be appreciated.
