I believe that being a member of Distancia does qualify you to participate in the Latin Pass Bonus. Quote from LP site
"Terms and Conditions:
Members enrolled in LatinPass or in any of the LatinPass Member Airlines participating programs from March 20th, 2000 or after will not be eligible for this promotion." Since you were a member of a Member airline program before March 20th I would think that you qualify. I read somewhere that Distancia members are automaticaly members of Latin Pass. I am not an expert however and I would claify the situation with LatinPass, before spending a great deal of money.
