Question for you guys...what is it about our coach class that makes it 'the worst' and what would you change to improve it? Curious to hear all your suggestions, but I'm especially interested in the service/crew aspects. I know seat pitch could be greater and better meal options could be had - but I'm primarily interested in the things over which I have some control.
What can we do for you guys, and what do you expect from us?
