Not in all regions - TATL and I believe Australia are still under the old model. I upgraded our TATL flight CDG - RDU from saver Y award to C+ for 91euro/person (it fluctuates up and down to be at ~$100 USD with the FX rate).
Credit did in fact post on AMEX a few days later (upthread I expressed concern but it did come through).
