I did the 8:30-11am tour last Sunday as I had a lay over of 7 hours. I wasn't sure if I was also entitled for a free hotel since my layover is more than 7 hrs although I really wanted to take the tour so did not inquire abt it. There were about 60 of us and we had 2 buses, had 2 stops, first in Galatea Bridge for about 10mins and then in Dolmabahce Palace where we were given 35mins. It was a nice tour but would definitely recommend the longer tours if your schedule fits as you will be able to see more.
