Reserve with Avis as you normally would. When you get to the counter tell them you want to get LatinPass miles and have them enter LP and your number. It shows up on your rental agreement and it shows up on your final receipt. This way you get the good rate and credit at the same time. I rented from Avis in Seattle and St Louis. Both times, the counter agent had not heard of LatinPass, but when they entered the initials LP in the airline code space, the credit appeared.
