We are bringing our two daughters so one comes on my booking and the other on my wife's.
If you book online it will be two separate transactions, and no immediate linkage.

I booked our open-jaw (so not possible online) trip next summer by calling up a few days ago, and the agent let me use a 2-4-1 from my account and one from my wife's with no cross-check or drama. Presumably because it is a HHA and we can each spend all the Avios anyway. Agent was ahead of me on a few points such as telling me that they'd x-ref the PNR without me asking, etc.

All remarkably painless ^.

Only downside I'm anticipating is having to log into both BAEC a/c occasionally to check seat allocations, and no "silver shadow" across them, etc.
