On most of my long haul QR J flights, if the flight attendants see that you are awake, will come and ask you if you want a drink or something to eat. On many flights they also ask you to reserve all your meal preferences at the beginning of the flight so that your choice is guaranteed. Surprised that they might have seen you awake and not asked.

I usually press the call bell and ask for what I need. That's what Premium cabins are all about, to me.
