BA currently score 5/10 from 1690 reviews on Skytrax, a 3 star airline. Given the reviews and comments posted on here by flyertalkers, it doesn't seem too far from the truth!

Also, now that Skytrax give you the option to verify your flight details, it means some one has to be really happy or really angry to lodge a verified review and those ones will add more weight to their comments.
