Mauritius: Emtel for few minutes I got a connection; otherwise, majority of the time No Service.

It appears Emtel gives very low priority to roaming networks. I had purchased an Emtel sim card for a Motorola V180 and always had a strong connection to their network. The two other networks didn't allow me to connect at all.
