I did this flight in 7F, which is the centre rear-facing seat in the front cabin, its a great seat with plenty of space and privacy with the screens up and direct Isle access. If either 7A or 7K were available these would be even better, if you like a window.
The front CW cabin is great, its small, quiet and has very little through traffic as the toilets and galleys are all clustered around Doors 2. Personally I seem to sleep better on the A380, but perhaps I've yet to find a good seat on that aircraft.
