Sorry for the lack of details. Didn't know this was the place for the logs. Here's an example of what I've been running into recently:
- I entered my criteria into the ITA search screen, chose my desired date, then selected the itinerary I wanted - all as one normally would with ITA. A screen print of the entire results page is shown in the first 3 images.
- I clicked on the "Use American (Americas & UK)" link to book on AA.com. I copied the link's URL in case the parameters would be helpful:

- A new tab opened with the multi-city search page on AA.com, but none of the transferred information had populated the search. If I recall, the link should have taken me to a page showing the itinerary on AA.com that would then allow me to purchase it. A copy of that screen print is shown in the 4th image. FYI, the URL on the AA.com page was http*://www.aa.com/booking/find-flights?fromDeepLink=true&tripType=multi&string=re deemMiles%3Dfalse&showMoreOptions=false&redirected =true
- The ability to purchase through the "Use American (Americas & UK)" link used to work for me. I did change a couple of the Settings, so perhaps that affected things? I can't honestly remember which setting I changed, though, so I've attached a screen print of my settings in the 5th image. Is this the culprit and, if so, what should the settings be? FWIW, the "Use American (Europe/Asia/Pacific)" link works fine.
What other info would be helpful?
