Sorry for the lack of details. Didn't know this was the place for the logs. Here's an example of what I've been running into recently:
  1. I entered my criteria into the ITA search screen, chose my desired date, then selected the itinerary I wanted - all as one normally would with ITA. A screen print of the entire results page is shown in the first 3 images.
  2. I clicked on the "Use American (Americas & UK)" link to book on AA.com. I copied the link's URL in case the parameters would be helpful:
    http*://www.aa.com/reservation/metaSearchAccess.do?ITEN=DIRECT%2C0%2CUS%2Cmulti%2 C4%2CA1C0S0I0%2C3%2CJFK%2C0%2CCGK%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C0% 2C0%2C0%2C0%2C0.00%2C1%2C%23JFK%7CCGK%7C0%7C0%7C14 80658400000%23CGK%7CJFK%7C0%7C0%7C1480833900000%2C %23AA%7C171%7CO%7CJFK%7CLAX%7C1480658400000%7C0%23 AA%7C169%7CO%7CLAX%7CNRT%7C1480677600000%7C0%23AA% 7C8499%7CO%7CNRT%7CCGK%7C1480788000000%7C0%23AA%7C 8497%7CO%7CCGK%7CNRT%7C1480833900000%7C1%23AA%7C17 0%7CO%7CNRT%7CLAX%7C1480872300000%7C1%23AA%7C6051% 7CO%7CLAX%7CSFO%7C1480854600000%7C1%23AA%7C20%7CO% 7CSFO%7CJFK%7C1480865400000%7C1
  3. A new tab opened with the multi-city search page on AA.com, but none of the transferred information had populated the search. If I recall, the link should have taken me to a page showing the itinerary on AA.com that would then allow me to purchase it. A copy of that screen print is shown in the 4th image. FYI, the URL on the AA.com page was http*://www.aa.com/booking/find-flights?fromDeepLink=true&tripType=multi&string=re deemMiles%3Dfalse&showMoreOptions=false&redirected =true
  4. The ability to purchase through the "Use American (Americas & UK)" link used to work for me. I did change a couple of the Settings, so perhaps that affected things? I can't honestly remember which setting I changed, though, so I've attached a screen print of my settings in the 5th image. Is this the culprit and, if so, what should the settings be? FWIW, the "Use American (Europe/Asia/Pacific)" link works fine.

What other info would be helpful?
