If you just book a lcc 1-2 days before departure, which is what i do and recommend. i dunno if you can ink the 016 with 014. but just be aware jnb is a circus with biometrics so book a 4+hr cnx.
This is what I did. I flew Mango and it was fine. I also second the advice to give yourself some time in JNB, it took a little time to get through security.
I know this does not help with AQD, but I figured I would give me $0.02.
