no, all of the big six allocation policies are as tight or tighter. WN's is all "AAnytime" type awards-- they simply have no other award type.

personally, I wish they'd just cut the baloney, charge halfway between MilesAAver and AAnytime prices, and make all AA awards unrestricted.
