Is the best approach a JetBlue account and if not a JetBlue flyer then use Points.com to transfer to something you do use? Of course, at less of a value than if it could be used directly.

I hate to have those decent level of miles stay idle in an HA account where I'll likely only fly to Hawaii once every 2-3 years at best.
******I've had Premium Economy/Extra Comfort credit to my JetBlue account for two trips (and with a decent number of points as it was JFK-HNL 2X RT) so both your F and Y+ trips ABSOLUTELY should credit to JetBlue if it's any kind of paid ticket. I personally didn't transfer them out via points.com but that IS an option (I am however a regular JetBlue flyer and use my points on that airline)

Bottom line-you should get credit for both legs unless one was perhaps a mileage ticket.

Can't really speak to AS/DL/UA/VX so much but I can tell you any paid HA ticket can be credited to B6.
