One would think that someone at HH proofreads whatever is posted on their own site, but apparently that is not the case. IMHO, it is unacceptable for HH to allow that.

Personally, I usually accept the wording in the official HHonors Terms and Conditions over whatever is being posted on other parts of the site, but that's just me.
Eugene, I see what you mean about the contradiction. I realise now that I was quoting details from "Membership Levels." I agree that their "Membership Levels" details should be the same as in their "Terms & Conditions."
