Watch out where your train actually leaves from. The Lausanne one actually left from the downstairs, underground part of the station the night I missed it. It might be worth checking the SBB app an hour or so before, just in case there have been any changes.

Thankfully Lugano trains all leave from the same platforms, 7 and very rarely 6!
