The third lounge, a general contract "International Lounge" is used by JAL for its premium economy passengers.

The Qantas lounge was extensively refurbished 18 months ago.
There are actually 7 lounges, 2 for Star alliance, One World business class, Qantas first (OWE), SkyTeam, Emirates, and the reLAX lounge (priority pass).

If you arrive from the connector from T4, do not take the escalator down. After you turn right, it's on the right. It is across the hallway from the SkyTeam entrance and easy to miss when walking from T4.

FWIW, my experience at the Qantas lounge was my first ever escort to the plane by BA special services.
