Through security, turn right and up the escalators. Definitely wasn't the Qantas lounge that I've seen pictures of.
All the lounges in TBIT are up a level (level 5). There are several different areas to the Qantas lounge, one for First/Emeralds and they all look different from each other. There are only 3 other lounges in TBIT, one for Star Alliance (Air NZ effectively) another for Korean, so I don't know what happened there. Korean is also Priority Pass. The third lounge, a general contract "International Lounge" is used by JAL for its premium economy passengers.

The Qantas lounge was extensively refurbished 18 months ago.
