MIA is horrible for moving between terminal piers as there are few airside walkways. As noted by others, it's really not practical to use any of the lounges in D or E piers if you're flying UA given the hassles of security and time it takes to walk between piers landside. I hate MIA if i have to change airlines (like arriving on AA and connecting to LAN).
